The Text Settings in Virtual Worlds Professional allow you to customise the appearance of both automatic and manual annotation text, enhancing how information is presented in your 2D diagrams. To access these settings, navigate through Tools, then Options, and finally 2D Diagrams under Text Settings.

Automatic Text Settings: Control the display of text that is automatically added to your diagrams, such as dimension and annotation text. Click Edit to change font style, size, and colour, or use Reset to return to the default settings.
- Manual Text Settings: Customise how manually added annotations appear on your diagrams. The options allow for consistent presentation of added comments or notes. Again, use Edit for adjustments and Reset to revert to defaults.
