In Virtual Worlds Professional, you can generate 2D wall elevations from either the 2D Plan or the 3D View. The 2D Plan method offers greater control, allowing you to set the precise section for elevation, while the 3D Plan method is faster and simpler.

Add a Sectional View
In your 2D design, select the Add Sectional View button from the top toolbar.

Choose View Orientation
Select either Horizontal View or Vertical View. -
Position the Sectional View
Click on the design at the desired location and enter a name for the sectional view.Note: The black arrows along the created viewpoint indicate the direction of the elevation. If needed, right-click on the view and select Flip Sectional View to change direction. -
Generate the Elevation
Right-click the sectional line and select Elevate to create the elevation view.
In the 3D view, select the wall you want to generate an elevation for, then load
the 2D Plan by selecting the icon below:
Once in the 2D plan view, click New Elevation to create the
elevation of the selected wall.
