By grouping line-item costs into sets, users can quickly add these to design quotes without needing to input each cost individually. This feature simplifies the quoting process, allowing for more efficient management of installation costs.
Accessing Installation Cost Groups
You can access Installation Cost Groups via the Quote Management page in One Price. Follow these steps:
Accessing Installation Cost Groups
1. Log in to One Price.
2. Navigate to the Quote Management page and click on the Installation Cost Groups link.
3. Select Create New Group to create a new cost group, or select one of the pre-set options available.
4. Click OK to confirm the selection of the group.
Modifying Installation Cost Groups
Once you’ve selected the group, a detailed breakdown of the group’s items will appear in a table. From here, you can:
- Edit individual fields to adjust the costs in line with the quote.
- Remove any unnecessary items by clicking the delete icon.
After making any necessary changes, click Save Changes to confirm the updates.
