Virtual Worlds One Price allows you to manage multiple branches within your company. This feature is essential for companies with different locations or departments, as it enables you to set up and manage branch-specific settings, users, and report templates. You can access the Company Branches section through the Edit Company page or via the Quick Access Toolbar.
Managing Branches

Viewing Branch Details: Click on the view button next to the branch name to view its details, including the assigned users, contact information, and report templates.

Editing Branch Information: Once you have select view you will be taken to the Edit Branch page. You can update the details for this branch and modify the Branch Users.

Adding a New Branch: To create a new branch, click on Add Branch in the Edit Company section and fill in the required information. Afterwards, you can assign users and configure report templates specific to that branch.

Suspending a Branch: If a branch is inactive, you can suspend it on the Edit Branch page. This stops the branch from being used in the system but keeps its data for future reference.
