Installation costs are linked to a company account, allowing for the pricing of custom services in the quote. This promotes transparency and easy management for all company members. However, only users with sufficient access can modify these costs directly.
Select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu for installation costs. Note that installation costs are only available in the currency set for the current quote, ensuring consistency and accuracy in pricing.
Adding Installation Costs to a Quote
1. Log in to One Price and select an existing quote or create a new one.
2. In the Quote Details screen, scroll down to the Installation Costs section at the bottom of the quote and select Edit.
3. Click Add Installation Cost and select the type of installation service (e.g., plumbing, electrical, cabinetry).
4. Enter the cost for the installation service and click Apply.
5. Repeat the process for any additional services required for the project.
Customising Installation Costs
1. To customise installation costs, go to Quote Management and then Installation Costs.
2. From here, you can define different installation services and set default costs for each.
3. Select Add New Install Cost to create a new Classification Type to use in your quotes.
Previewing and Finalising the Quote
1. Once all installation costs have been added, click Return to Quote to review the final details.
2. Ensure that all installation costs are reflected accurately in the final quote total.
3. Click Submit Quote to progress your order.
