In Virtual Worlds One Price, administrators can add users, update login details, set access levels, and assign branches. They can also establish Quote Preferences for each user in the system.

Steps to Add a New User
- Navigate to the One Price Portal and select Users from the main menu.
- In the Users section, click on the Add User button to begin the process.
- Enter the required information for the new user, including:
- Name: The user's name.
- Email Address: The user’s work email address, which will be used for login and notifications.

Password: Set a secure password for the user. They will be prompted to change this upon their first login.
- Configure the user’s access level:
- User: Basic access to manage their own quotes and designs.
- Branch Administrator: Can manage all users and settings within their assigned branch.

Company Administrator: Full access across all branches and settings within the company.

Assign the user to the appropriate branch by selecting the relevant branch from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save to create the new user account.
Managing User Accounts
After adding a new user, you can manage their account by selecting View next to their name in the Users section. Here, you can update their details, change their access level, or deactivate their account if necessary.
