In Virtual Worlds, lighting is essential for both planning and presenting a design. It defines mood, and adds realism to your photorealistic images.
To start designing quickly, VR Lighting is automatically enabled at room generation. The VR Light is a standard light source placed in the centre of the generated 3D room, and ensures that you can immediately get to work placing products in the design.
You can select both realistic or photographic area lighting from catalogues and place in your design. The sections below provides brief information on what lighting you can achieve in Virtual Worlds.
Using VR Lighting
You can decide to use the VR light on its own, in combination with other light sources, or you can disable the VR light completely.
