In Virtual Worlds Professional, you can generate a panoramic .jpg of your design. This image can then be used in the 360 viewer in Design Cloud by anyone who has the file.
There are two panoramic options in the image preset settings:
Cylindrical |
Spherical |
Generating a panoramic image is the same process as creating a standard image, but you change the projection option in the image preset.
Follow these steps to create a panoramic image:
1. Establish viewpoint and open Create Image
- Ensure that the viewpoint is central in the design so the panorama captures a 360° image.
- In an open design, click Tools in the menu bar and select Create Image file....
- In the Create Image window, locate the Projection drop-down in the Image section.
- Click the Projection drop-down and select a Panoramic option.
2. Start or Export render
- In the Create Image window, click the Preset drop-down and select the desired preset.
- Confirm all other settings such as Resolution and Brightness.
- Click:
