There are two modes for adding catalogues from the Virtual Worlds User Centre into your Download Manager: Automatic Queue Mode and Manual Queue Mode.
Your current mode determines whether catalogues are added to your queue automatically or only when manually selected. You can switch between modes via the Download Settings option within the Catalogues menu in the User Centre.
Automatic Queue Mode
In this mode, the system manages your catalogue queue based on your preferences and favourites:
- Favouriting a manufacturer will automatically subscribe you to all current and future catalogues from that manufacturer.
- Subscribed catalogues will automatically appear in your queue for download.
-
Unsubscribing from a catalogue will remove it from your queue. To do this, click the manufacturer name and then click Unsubscribe next to the relevant catalogue.
-
Removing a manufacturer from favourites does not unsubscribe you from any catalogues—they will remain in your queue unless individually removed.
- If a catalogue belongs to a password-protected brand, you will be subscribed automatically when favourited, but it will not appear in your queue until you provide the correct password. To do this, select the supplier and enter the password when prompted.
- You can manually subscribe or unsubscribe from catalogues at any time, regardless of whether the manufacturer is favourited. To do this, click the manufacturer name and use the Subscribe / Unsubscribe buttons shown beside each catalogue.
Manual Queue Mode
In this mode, you manage everything manually:
- Favouriting a manufacturer is used for recommendations and update notifications only.
- You must manually add each catalogue you want to download to your queue using the Subscribe button.
- When a new version of a catalogue is released, it will not automatically appear in your queue—you must subscribe to the new version manually.
Next Steps
Once catalogues are in your queue, you must still download and install them using the Download Manager.
