As the Design Cloud platform is completely cloud based, it is accessible from any internet enabled device via the website, or by using the Design Cloud app in both iOS and Android app stores.
The customer can access your designs and galleries directly by the links that you prepare in the administrative area of Design cloud.
Note: Once the links have been established in the administrative area, customers can continue to share public galleries and designs via the platform - see How can Design Cloud be used by my clients? for more.
The Link tool can be selected in the edit functions for either a single design or a gallery. In the example below, Gallery is used.
- While signed into the Design Cloud portal, click
Galleries.
- In the Selection screen, click on a gallery listing to select it.
- In the Edit Gallery screen, Gallery Links is located at the bottom.

The Duration drop-down will be set to Permanent as default. Click the box to change how long the link can be valid for, unless expired early.
Once you have chosen Type and Duration, clickCreate to add a new link line.
