Design Cloud: Publishing from Virtual Worlds Professional

Designs are added to the Design Cloud by publishing from within Virtual Worlds Professional. 

Take the following steps to upload your design:

1. With your design open in Virtual Worlds, click Design in the the Menu bar.
   
   
2. Click Publish... .
   
   

   Things to note For the first Publish request, you will need to sign in to your Design Cloud account.  Enter your credentials in Publishing Sign In and click Begin Publishing.  See article Design Cloud: Accessing your online account for more guidance. After your first sign in, credentials will be saved, but you can change the account that is signed in.  In the Publish Design window, click Edit Login to update the credentials. In Edit Login, enter the credentials for the user you want to publish as and click Save.

   
   
3. In the Publish Design window, all of the platforms that you are able to publish to will be listed here. 
   
   
   
   In the Design Cloud section, click Select.
   
   
4. Enter your Design Details.
   
   

   Check which sign-in you are using and how your name is presented to the customer. Enter Design Name - The name you see in administrative part of Design Cloud. Enter Display Name - The name which your client will see at the top of the screen when they view the design. Enter Design Description - This is optional, where you can add more details about the design for your customer to view.

   
   
   
5. Click Publish as New.
   
   
6. The Publish progress will list each component of the design that is being uploaded and will inform you of its success.  
   
   
   
   
   • Once publishing is complete, you can click View Design to check how it appears in the Cloud Design platform.  For guidance on how to navigate in a design in the platform, click here.
     
     
   • Click Configure Design to be open the Design details in the administrative part of Design Cloud.  Here you can update the Names, Availability, and create Design Links.  For more details, click here.

Uploads can be kept private, or made public, by updating the Availability in Configure Design.

Note: Private designs are only visible to users who have logins to your Design Cloud.
