The designs you create in Virtual Worlds can be published to the Design Cloud platform. Once published, you can make the design public and share a link for the single design.
If you want to present several examples of your designs, create a Gallery to share with your customer so they can view at their leisure. See article: Design Cloud: How to create a Gallery.
Once you have created the gallery, add public designs. Take the following steps:
Make a Design Public
- While signed into the Design Cloud portal, click
Designs.
- In Design Selection, locate and click on the design.
Note: You can filter on the Design status by clicking on the Availability drop-down.
- In Edit Design, click on the Availability drop-down to change the status to Public.
- Click
Update.
The Design will update to Public.
Add a Design to a Gallery
- While signed into the Design Cloud portal, click
Galleries.
- In Gallery Selection, locate and click on the Gallery.
- In Edit Gallery, click Edit Designs.
- In Select Gallery Designs, you can tick to include as many designs as needed.
Note: Check the design view by hovering over the thumbnail image. - Click
The Designs will now be added to the updated Gallery.
