In Virtual Worlds, alongside the Basic and Intermediate menus, the sketchpad also has an Advanced mode for users who require extra tools for tasks that deal with external environments or more complex shapes.

Enabling Advanced Mode
On the right-hand side pane, click the Interface Mode drop-down menu and select Advanced.
The Advanced toolbar will become available at the top of the screen.
You can also enable or disable other toolbar options by selecting View > Toolbar:

Control Panel
Finally, there is a measurement box at the bottom of the Control Panel which uses Width and Depth to change the shape and size of the current selection on the canvas:
Below that is a Vertical Offset input which determines the height at which another shape is generated. This is useful when drawing multiple floors in one design:
As an example, inserting a 3600 mm x 3600 mm square and another in the same position with a Vertical Offset of 2400 mm will produce the result below:
| Note: Each room will be treated individually, meaning tiling runs will not overrun into the next room. You will need to adjust your VR light intensity via the Lighting Wizard to account for the fact there are two light sources, one in each room. |
