In Virtual Worlds Professional, you can use layers to organize and manage groups of items in your 2D diagrams. This feature allows you to keep complex designs structured and easy to modify.
Once this has been selected, it will bring up the Layers window where you can control your grouping:
In the layers panel, click New Layer to create a new layer for grouping items. You can give this layer a specific name to keep it organized.
Select this option to rename the currently selected layer. This helps keep your design organized by naming layers according to the grouped items or function.
This option allows you to assign selected items from your diagram to a specific layer. By grouping items in a layer, you can control their visibility and editing as a group.
Use this option to remove selected items from a layer. The items will no longer be associated with that specific layer, but they will remain visible in your diagram.
Select this option to view and edit the properties of the selected layer. You can customize various attributes of the layer or items grouped within it.
Select this to delete the currently selected layer. Deleting a layer will not remove the items from the diagram, but the grouping will be lost.
