In Virtual Worlds Professional, adding manual measurement lines to your 2D diagrams provides precise control over the dimensions of various elements within your design.
To start adding a manual measurement line, first create a 2D Diagram. Select the item you wish to add dimensions to and navigate to the Diagram/Unit Properties tab. Choose between Width Dimension Lines and Depth Dimension Lines, then select the direction for the line extension. Finally, select Apply Settings to confirm the changes onto your plan.
To delete a manual measurement line, untick the chosen dimension line in the Unit Properties and select Apply Settings again.
This option allows you to choose if a worktop symbol can be selected. It is usually recommended to leave this unchecked for regular 2D plans, as this setting lets you control items underneath the worktop directly from the diagram.
