Applying plinths, pelmets and cornices

The Bathroom Furniture, Bedroom Furniture and Kitchen Fitted Furniture Generic catalogues provide options for trims, with Kitchen Fitted Furniture offering the most detailed trim selection.  If the catalogue has many trims available, you can find the option in the catalogue's Trims tab.  

1. In the control panel to the right, select the furniture catalogue.
   
   Note: You can click to select your unit and then right-click and go to Load Catalogue to open the furniture catalogue.
   
   
2. Click the Trims tab.
   
   
3. Click the Category drop-down to select the trim option.
   
   
4. Click the object to highlight it.
   
   
5. Ensure the unit you want the trim for is selected in the plan and click Apply Trim.

For some Fitted Bathroom Furniture catalogues, the Decoration tab works in the same way as the Trims tab for applying plinths:

1. In the control panel to the right, select the furniture catalogue.
   
   
2. Click the Decoration tab.
   
   
3. Click the Category drop-down to select the plinth option. 
   Note:This may be greyed out if there is only one trim type available.
   
   
4. Click the object to highlight it.
   
   
5. Ensure the unit you want the trim for is selected in the plan and click Apply Trim.

Some furniture may have an optional decoration drop-down specific to the range or supplier.  If the option is available, it will become visible in the catalogue selection Insert tab when you have clicked on a unit.  Once the object is selected, click the drop-down to choose your option, and then click Insert Unit.
