Virtual Worlds you can check if you have the latest version of a catalogue by comparing the version you have installed with the latest version available in the Virtual Worlds User Centre. Some issues you may encounter with a catalogue could be the result of using an older catalogue, so keeping catalogues updated can be helpful. In Virtual Worlds:
- Open a design and in the Control Panel select the Catalogue tab.
- Open the desired catalogue. At the top, alongside the catalogue name and brand, you will see the catalogue name and version. For example:
- Go to the Virtual Worlds User Centre and, on the top bar, select Downloads > Catalogues.
- Locate the same catalogue you have installed in Virtual Worlds, for example:
- If the version numbers match, then you have the latest version of the catalogue installed.
Note: The catalogue entry in the Virtual Worlds User Centre also shows the date the catalogue was updated. If the version numbers do not match, you have an older version of the catalogue installed and may wish to update the catalogue.
