Virtual Worlds User Centre and Download Manager share the same login details (License ID and Password) but serve different purposes. To manage and install catalogues, both are required.
The User Centre allows you to subscribe to available catalogues for download. The Download Manager is a separate application used to download and install these catalogues into Virtual Worlds.
How to Download Catalogues into Virtual Worlds
The process of adding catalogues into Virtual Worlds requires both the User Centre and the Download Manager. Follow these steps:
- Open the Download Manager and log in using your License ID and Password.
- Navigate to the User Centre tab and click the link to open the User Centre in your web browser.
- In the User Centre, click the star icon next to the catalogues you require. This adds them to your download queue.
- Return to the Download Manager and click Refresh List to display the newly subscribed catalogues.
- Select the catalogues you want and click Download, then choose Run in Background to install them in Virtual Worlds.
