In One Price, quotes can exist in three different states. Each state defines the level of completion and the actions that can be performed on the quote.
In-Progress
In this state, quotes can be edited and prices will update automatically from the database. Make sure to save changes before exiting to retain updates.
Submitted
Once submitted, the quote cannot be edited further. Prices and manual edits are locked in. If needed, a variation can be created from the submitted quote to allow further modifications.
Accepted
After a quote is accepted, additional reports (such as purchase orders) can be generated. You can revert it to a Submitted state if necessary.
