How to Restart the Sentinel Protection Server
- Enter Services in the search bar at the bottom of your Windows screen.
- Click on the Services app that appears in the search results.
- In the Services window, scroll down and locate Sentinel Protection Server.
- Right-click on Sentinel Protection Server and select Restart from the context menu.
- If the service is not running, select Start to initiate it.
- After restarting or starting the service, close and reopen Virtual Worlds to check if the problem is fixed.
Additional Troubleshooting Tips
- Try plugging the dongle into another USB port on your computer. Occasionally, USB ports may not respond or provide enough power.
