When using 4D Theatre, sound from the rolling content video should play from the television screens' speakers. If it is playing through the headset, you can switch the audio output setting on your desktop to the correct speaker.
Note: The sound output may automatically switch from the screen to the headset. This can occur after a Windows update. |
To change the audio output, you can adjust it from the Windows toolbar or Windows Settings.
Using Windows Toolbar
- Click on the speaker icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the taskbar.
- Click the Select playback device drop-down and select the required audio output.
Using Windows Settings
- Click the Windows start icon in the taskbar.
- Click the Settings cog.
- In Windows Settings, click System.
- Select Sound.
- In the Output section, click the Choose your output device drop-down and select the required audio output.
- The headset will be named VIVE Pro.
- Your TV should be registered under its manufacturer's name.
- The audio output name may differ for surround speakers.
Note: Please ensure that the sound is always played from the television or surround sound system. |
