In Virtual Worlds, you can create a lined, illustrative-style image of your design.
As well as creating a clean-lined image, Illustrator Mode is useful to present the placement of tiles. For example, it may not be easily apparent where tile cuts or grout is intended to be due to the colour scheme or lighting. A lined image overlaying the render, or a lined image on its own, can assist in clarifying these details. | |

Generating a lined image is the same process as creating a standard image, but you tick Illustrator Mode in the image preset before generating the image.
1. Open Edit Preset
- In an open design, click Tools in the menu bar.
- Click Create Image file.... In the Create Image window, access the Edit Preset function to change the projection and save it.
Note: For detailed guidance on Edit Presets, see Editing photo quality presets. - Click Edit... in the Photo Quality section.
2. Change projection type in Edit Preset

The new preset will now be selectable in the Preset drop-down.
3. Start or Export render
- In the Create Image window, click the Preset drop-down and select the new preset.
- Confirm all other settings such as Resolution and Brightness.
- Click:

Start to immediately begin the render.

Export... to send the rendering image to the SAR input folder.
