In Virtual Worlds, you are able to edit the fields shown in the Client Design Information window. You can reorder and add new field groups in addition to the default groups, Design and Client, and you can also reorder and add new fields within the groups.
Where to find the Client Design Information form
At the Start Page:
- Select New Design:
- In the Client Design Information window, click Edit form:
- This opens the Client Design Information Template Editor window. Here you can add a new field group or edit an existing field group.
- Once you are finished, click Save.
Adding a new field group
To add a new field group, click Add field group. In the Field Group Settings window, you can enter the Title, ID and Description of your new field group and add fields. When you are finished, click Update Group.

Editing an existing field group
To edit an existing field group, select Edit. You will be able to alter the Title, ID and Description of the selected field group, reorder and edit the existing fields, and add more fields. When you are finished, click Update group.
Adding or editing fields
To add a new field to a new or existing field group, click + Add Field. You can then define the title in the field Display, the ID, the Field Type, whether it is a Required field, and a Default Value.
