Automatic identification of missing resources in a design
Before opening a design, Virtual Worlds will now first scan the design to identify any resources, such as catalogues, 3D models, textures and 2D symbol files, that are missing on that machine. If any missing resources are found you will be shown a list before the design is opened, allowing you to cancel opening the design and download the missing resources.
EQ optimisation and compatibility
When EQ users upgrade to Virtual Worlds version 8.5, to continue to use the EQ and Virtual Worlds integration you must also upgrade EQ. For more information, see EQ - Virtual Worlds v8.5 upgrade.
