How to access the Virtual Worlds User Centre

Once you click the link and log in using your Virtual Worlds login, you will reach the dashboard:

Towards the top of the dashboard, you can see the toolbar and sidebar (1). Below that, you can see the news, academy, catalogue releases and support (2).

At the top of the dashboard (1), you can see your Licence ID and Email. From the toolbar (2), you can select:

• Downloads: Here you can navigate to Catalogues, where you can access the entire catalogue library for Virtual Worlds, add catalogues for download and favourite them, Software downloads, where you can download software updates and new software for your Virtual Worlds installation, and other areas, for example My download queue, where you can unsubscribe from catalogues.

• Support & Training: Here you can access FAQS, frequently asked questions about using Virtual Worlds Professional, Videos, helpful visual guides to various functions, and Virtual Worlds Training, to expand your knowledge and improve your designing skills. 
  
  
• Community: Here you can access the Catalogue Survey, where you can request new manufacturer catalogues be added to Virtual Worlds, the Training Feedback Survey, where you can provide feedback on training to help us improve our service, the Support Survey, where you can provide feedback to help us improve the service our Support Team provides and the Virtual Worlds Blog, where you can read all about what's happening at Virtual Worlds.
  
  
• Marketing: Here you can download marketing resources, such as logos and branding for Virtual Worlds products, and design renders.
  
  
• Click the User Profile icon:
  
  
  
  Here you can Manage Account, Edit Profile or Logout.

From the sidebar (3), you can open Design Cloud and ONE Price.

1. Latest news and events at Virtual Worlds: Here you can see all the latest news and events from Virtual Worlds, such as catalogue releases.
   
   
2. Upcoming Academy Short Sessions: Here you can see the dates and timings for the next Academy short sessions and sign up. You can also watch previous sessions that you may have missed, or if you want a refresher on a particular topic.
   
   
3. New Catalogue Releases: Here you can see the newest catalogues added to Virtual Worlds, add them to your downloads and favourite them.

4. Support: Here you can read support articles and FAQs, frequently asked questions that answer the most common queries you may have.
   
   
5. Remote Assistance Tool: Here you can download the remote assistance tool our Support Team uses.
